Go-to-Market Execution & Commercial Enablement

Managed the end-to-end commercialization of a new product while leading major market engagement activities and mentoring a junior Product Manager.

I spearheaded the entire product strategy for a new clinician platform, taking it from an ambiguous concept to a market-ready product in a highly accelerated timeframe.

  • End-to-End Product Development: Drove the initiative from concept to a validated v1 product launch within an aggressive 6-month timeline.
  • Commercial Validation: Architected the foundational business case for the platform’s long-term financial viability by investigating reimbursement pathways and the applicability of CPT codes.
